Has anyone told you
That you're not good enough?
What others have
That you don't have the right stuff?
The brains, the smarts,
Body, muscles big and buff?
Well you know what I say?
Don't listen to them yap!
Don't let those comments in,
They're sticky as sap,
And they'll leave you dry
A pen with out a cap.
Has anyone ever told you
That you don't have what it takes?
That you don't try hard enough
No matter what the stakes?
Believe you me
Those comments are like rakes
*clawing your back and piercing your inner self*
Do you know what I say?
Tell those people they don't know a thing
They don't know what it takes
to make the fat lady sing
It could take an apocalypse
Or someone on their knee with a ring
An act a motion that drives you
from peasant to king
If you have nothing good to say don't say it
What do those words do but cause pain?
Who enjoys negativity?
It drives people insane
So once a day, I ask you, just once everyday
Say something nice, you know what you'll gain?
Someone's smile, laughter, or mirth
And that's the most precious treasure, on the whole of the Earth

A Conversation in Sun, a Memory in Starlight
Sunshine night
Starlight fading into day
Sun, moon, stars, dusk, dawn
Spring she smiles
Vibrant and so full of life
Buds opening up
Wind whispers
Glowing gentle harmony
Flowers rustling sweet
Summer laughs
Deep green is her crown
Life sings her love song
Magical
Mystifying, moonlit morn
Mysterious march
Autumn sighs
Reds, yellows, oranges, browns
Leaves falling to the ground
Yellow blue
Yesterday the sky was young
Now it falls colder
Falling leaf
Hits the ground so so softly
Its life feeds the Earth
Winter growls
White, blue, his decorations
Snow drifting along
Arctic Air
All fades away in the breeze
Antarctic Array
Falling rain
Pounding the ground, the heartbeat
The blood of the Earth
Fire flaming
Life energy destruction
Spirit of the world
Sunlight rays
Deep melodious echoes
Light beams whispering
Starlit night
Light and gentle embraces
Sparkles issue forth
Sun and Star
Two opposites in meaning
light wishes spoken
Stars sparkle
Light up the dark, lonely night
Starlight, my sunlight
Starlight fading into day
Sun, moon, stars, dusk, dawn
Spring she smiles
Vibrant and so full of life
Buds opening up
Wind whispers
Glowing gentle harmony
Flowers rustling sweet
Summer laughs

Stars and Fireflies
Stars are seen together
Even though they're far apart
That's how best friends are forever
Connected heart to heart
><><><><><><><><><><><><><><
Fireflies glow by day
Though they only shine at night
That's the color of your smile
Glowing without a light
Even though they're far apart
That's how best friends are forever
Connected heart to heart

Fireflies glow by day
Though they only shine at night
That's the color of your smile
Glowing without a light

Ode to a Grecian Poem
You're my Alpha and Omega
My beginning and my end
You're the only reason for my living
My love, my life, my friend
You're the Alpha in my alphabet
Where U and I are side by side
You're the theta in Mathematics
Where all negatives do hide
You're Delta and you're Sigma
The difference, yet the sum
You're a poem of symbols
A whistle tune, song and hum
And for everything you're Beta
The lock to my heart, you're the key
And for all of this i know nothing of love
... Because its all Greek to me
My beginning and my end
You're the only reason for my living
My love, my life, my friend
You're the Alpha in my alphabet
Where U and I are side by side
You're the theta in Mathematics
Where all negatives do hide
You're Delta and you're Sigma
The difference, yet the sum
You're a poem of symbols
A whistle tune, song and hum
And for everything you're Beta
The lock to my heart, you're the key
And for all of this i know nothing of love
... Because its all Greek to me

A moment in time A reflection
It was a second
A moment
An instant
Vision imperfect
A vision so perfect
Beauty absolute
Breathtaking
Breathless
Speechless
Absolute beauty...
A complete moment
Lightning flashed over a darkening sky
The orange light of the setting sun
That white flicker of power
The roll of rumbling Thunder
A moment, an instant
So perfect in its stillness
Lost upon a world so frail
It takes but a second
It lasts but a lifetime
Disappearing into the distance
But here with me forever
A moment
An instant
Vision imperfect
A vision so perfect
Beauty absolute
Breathtaking
Breathless
Speechless
Absolute beauty...
A complete moment
Lightning flashed over a darkening sky
The orange light of the setting sun
That white flicker of power
The roll of rumbling Thunder
A moment, an instant
So perfect in its stillness
Lost upon a world so frail
It takes but a second
It lasts but a lifetime
Disappearing into the distance
But here with me forever
Cry for Burma
When streets are paved with the blood of holy men
An gutters filled with the blood of those trying to protect them
Wat can one do?
Cry for Burma
When the the snap of a lash and report of a bullet
Are all that fills the air
Wat can one do?
We cry for Burma
When women scream in agony and men lament in mourning
Wat can one do?
Cry for Burma
When freedom is lost
And death is found
Wat will the world do?
Nothing... But cry for Burma...
An gutters filled with the blood of those trying to protect them
Wat can one do?
Cry for Burma
When the the snap of a lash and report of a bullet
Are all that fills the air
Wat can one do?
We cry for Burma
When women scream in agony and men lament in mourning
Wat can one do?
Cry for Burma
When freedom is lost
And death is found
Wat will the world do?
Nothing... But cry for Burma...
